SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AREAS
We provide shipping all over Pakistan.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are applied as follows:
Punjab: Rs. 200
Sindh, KPK and Balochistan: Rs. 250

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during our business operating hours, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed outside business hours or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Elixir is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING AND ISSUES
If you experience any issue with your shipment, including delay, damage, or incorrect delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery. A complete unboxing video is required for any damage claim. Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
