Refund policy

At Elixir, we maintain strict quality control. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), we have a limited refund policy.

Return Eligibility

We do not offer general returns.

A refund is only applicable under the following condition:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Required Proof

To process any claim:

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage

Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • You do not like the fragrance, shade, color, or texture
  • The product has been used or opened (without valid damage proof)
  • The complaint is made after 2 days
  • No unboxing video is provided

Perfumes and personal care products are considered non-returnable items due to hygiene reasons.

Returns Process

If your claim meets the above conditions:

  2. Share your order details + unboxing video
  3. Our team will review your request

If approved:

  • You will be guided on the next steps
  • Refund will be processed accordingly

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

Important Notes

  • We do not offer exchanges
  • We do not accept returns for personal preference
  • Sale items and promotional products are non-refundable
