Return Eligibility
We do not offer general returns.
A refund is only applicable under the following condition:
- The product is damaged at the time of delivery
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Required Proof
To process any claim:
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage
Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
- You do not like the fragrance, shade, color, or texture
- The product has been used or opened (without valid damage proof)
- The complaint is made after 2 days
- No unboxing video is provided
Perfumes and personal care products are considered non-returnable items due to hygiene reasons.

If approved:

- Refund will be processed accordingly
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
